The Scarlet Pimpernel

Dir. Andy Briggs at The Geoffrey Whitworth Theatre and The Minack Theatre

In 2022 I was part of the ensemble and Head of Props on this production of Scarlet Pimpernel. Our first run was at the GWT and then did another run at the Minack Theatre in Cornwall.

Madame La Guillotine sign

I designed and made over 30 signs for this production. The style was 70s punk and the director wanted the signs to be relevant to the scene and styled like tattoos. The signs were drawn on Photoshop and applied to polystyrene bases. They were then sealed to provide protection from the outdoor elements.
